Open package leaving return address in tact.

Carefully remove packaging of frames and/or lenses and place
in recycle.

Prepare history form with Pts name, address and all relevant
information about frame and order

Examine frame and or lenses for breaks, wear, corrosion, solder
points and denote any defects on form

Put job in a work tray and fill out order form, checking for
errors in price or lens style

Put itemized invoice in tray and screen for any possible items
the patient would need or advise to give patient before calling
to notify we received glasses (E.G. UV for sunglasses, possible
thin lens if not checked off and has in existing lens)

8:
Call patient introduce Wohl Optics and update them on receiving
glasses and when the estimated return date will be as well as
any recommendations.
Step
9:
Either run credit card or log in check and put copy of receipt
in tray with job.
Step
10:
Either put job in line for jobs to be cut, ordering of lenses
or repairs that are needed.
Step11:
Clean new lenses, check that prescription matches order and
also check that prescription matches patients Dr’s RX.
Step
12:
Cut and finish job.
Step
13:
Check that prescription matches when mounted, check frame again
to see if there are any defects after process, clean and wrap
lenses with protective coating. Provide Wohl Optics Cleaning
cloth with job
Step
14:
Formulate personalized letter to go in job with patient.
Step
15:
Package for mailing and print shipping label and attach.
Step
16:
Call patient and inform them that there package has been delivered
and thank them for using Wohl Optics
Step
17:
Take paperwork out of tray and make an individual file for patient
Step
18:
Put file in line to call the patient in 2 weeks to survey questions,
ask if the service was what they expected and once again thank
them and to spread the word about us.
