Q: How do the Wohl Optics replacement eyeglasses by mail work?
A: Put your eyeglasses in a small box and send them to us by mail. As soon as we get them our opticians inspect them for defects and wear. They then retrieve all the measurements from your old lenses. ( If you have a new prescription include it with the glasses. We will return your old lenses with the new lenses mounted into your frame. Whether it be a replacement set of lenses or a new prescription.) It is that easy.

Q: How do I know what lenses to pick?
A: The lenses are bundled in easy to understand language. The prices are marked on our order form and as always are customer service representatives are there to help you.

Q: Do I always have to send my eyeglasses?
A: Not always, your first pair of eyeglasses we do need to take your measurements. For distance or reading glasses, E.G.: sunglasses spare pair we can use the existing measurements we have and fabricate a new pair of glasses for you. For bifocal, trifocal or progressive we can make spare pairs in similar measurement frames only. (If your frame is a size 54-19, these sizes are found on your current frames we can take one of our frames that measure 54-19 and insert new lenses).

Q: Do I always have to send you my frames with the lenses included?
A: No, if you have the optical measurements for that frame you do not have to send the lenses with the frame. If you do not have the measurements we will need your old lenses.

A: As soon as we receive your glasses it only takes about 3 to 5 business days to make and ship your new lenses.

A: We are a full service optical lab. We can make drill-mounted lenses, rimless mounted and custom shaped glasses. The only type of lens we will not do is a glass lens.

A: Yes, these measurement conversions can be done.

Q: Can I return my contacts?
A: If your prescription changes you may return any of your unused or unopened contact lenses as long as they are in their original packaging. Once we verify your new prescription we will replace your contacts. We even replace torn or ripped contacts.
